Vietnam Adventure 10 Days 9 Nights

Day 1: Arrival Hanoi

Pick up at airport. Transfer to hotel for check in. Free at your leisure.
Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi // B,L

Morning, take part in Hanoi City Tour, firstly visit Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum (outside view on Monday and Friday), his house on stilt. On the way out visit One Pillar pagoda, Temple of Literature and Hoan Kiem Lake. Take the 1 hour tour around the Old quarter through its streets which are named after the guilds that used to represent such as Hang Bac (Silver Street), Hang Gai (Silk Street), Hang Tre (Bamboo Street) etc…
Tonight, you will join in “Hanoi Night Foodie Adventure” to Discover a special Hanoi with exciting nightlife and fabulous taste, enjoy fun riding on the back of a motorbike and explore Hanoi’s charms in neon lights, this tour is a great chance for you to discover an another Hanoi with lively scenes of local life and activities after a busy day.

Day 3 : Hanoi – Hoang Su Phi // B,L,D

Today, transfers to Hoang Su Phi, Ha Giang province  (nearly 400 km from Hanoi, take about 8 hours to get there). Check in Panhou Ecolodge and rest of the day you are free to refresh at your hotel.
Guide should remind guests to bring enough drinking for the trekking-tour for next day !!!
Overnight in Panhou Ecolodge.

Day 4: Hoang Su Phi // B,L,D

After breakfast, depart for volunteer trekking tours.
We will have 2 tour guides from Hanoi, should arrange 2 options of trekking-tours: short distance tour (3-4 hours walking) and long distance (6-7 hours walking) with Pan Hou lodge-localguides to take guests on these trekking-tours. Trekking via Red Dao village, Black Dao village, beautiful scene with Terrace Rice Fields, Tea Hill, also experience traditional customs of locals.
Porter/Cook from Pan Hou Village lodge carrying lunch for the 6-7 hours trekking tour (picnic lunch). Pax joining the short 3-4 hours trekking tour should be back at the lodge in order to eat lunch here.
Dinner will be served at Panhou Ecolodge.
Overnight in Panhou Ecolodge.

Day 5: Hoang Su Phi – Hanoi – Da Nang – Hoi An  // B,L,D

Early morning, Drive back to Hanoi, having lunch on the way at a local restaurant in Tuyen Quang.
Arrival Hanoi in the late afternoon. Then, transfer to airport for night flight to Da Nang.
On arrival Da Nang airport. Pick up and transfer to hotel in Hoi An.
Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 6: Hoi An // B,L,D

An Eco Tours -Farmer & fisher-man tour including lunch starting in the morning.
Tour starts by riding bicycles to Tra Que Village. Take around the vegetable village and join in the daily activities with local farmer there. Continue to take bicycles along De Vong River to Hoi An Beach wharlf. Embark on the boat to Cua Dai sand dune, enjoy casting net show and learn how to cast net by local fisher man. Fisherman will teach you how to catch the crabs.
Enjoy special local food such as pancake, Tam Huu spring roll , fried fish …After lunch, learn how to make funny tools by water coconut leaf. Continue to the accient town, experience the daily life of fisher man along Thu Bon River. Get on Bach Dang wharf , take a bicycle back to Hotel.
Visit Hoi An Ancient Town,  Japanese covered bridge, Hoi An market. Having dinner in the restaurant by the river.
Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 07: Hoi An – Danang – HCMC // B,L,D

Morning flight to Ho Chi Minh city.
On arrival, you will do a tour to visit: Reunification Palace, War Remnant Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, Ben Thanh Market.
Tonight, you will join in the special tour to explore the “Saigon by Night – Back of the Bike” and enjoy spectacular “Street Foods of Saigonese”. This will make you an unforgettable memory about Saigon – Ho Chi Minh city.
Overnight in HCMC.

Day 08: HCMC // B,L,D

Departing for Tay Ninh to visit the Cao Dai Holy See Temple – A colorful temple and see the noon – mass. Attending the Daily Service of Caodaism at noon.
After lunch, you will do a tour to Cu Chi Tunnel -one of the branches of the 200km underground tunnels system in Cu Chi. Exploring the tunnels with local guide who’s in uniform of the real guerilla during the Vietnam War.
Back to HCMC. Having dinner and enjoy AO show in the Opera House.

Day 09:  HCMC – Mekong // B, L, D

Today, Transferring to Cai Be.
Arrive Cai Be from Ho Chi Minh city, greeting at Cai Be harbor and boat trip transfer to Mekong Riverside Boutique.
Check-in bungalows.
Daily lunch is served in the nice restaurant with the Vietnamese day-menu.
Afternoon cycling tour to Tan Phong island, go to one of the orchard: approx. 10km along village paths, in passing 3 wooden ferries, in about 2 hours.
Cooking class in the evening & dinner in restaurant.
Riverside Bar are open until mid-night.
Overnight in Mekong Lodge

Day 10: Mekong – HCMC airport // B,L

Morning, boat trip to the bustling floating market, visit handicraft villages, and Cai Be market on land, then transferred to Mekong Lodge.
Clear bill and check out at noon. Boat trip transfer to harbor and catch your bus again to go straight to airport Ho Chi Minh.
