Day 1: Arrival Hanoi
Pick up at airport. Transfer to hotel for check in.
Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi // B, L, D
Morning, take part in Hanoi City Tour, firstly visit Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum (outside view on Monday and Friday), his house on stilt, the botanical garden and the Presidential palace while learning about his life and revolutionary activities.
On the way out visit One Pillar pagoda, Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son temple. Take the 1 hour cyclo tour around the Old quarter through its streets which are named after the guilds that used to represent such as Hang Bac (Silver Street), Hang Gai (Silk Street), Hang Tre (Bamboo Street) etc…
Having dinner and enjoy Water Puppet Show.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay // B,L,D
Today, you will take a ride out to Halong Bay – New 7 Wonders of The World to aboard the overnight cruise. Ponder upon your recent impressions among the hundreds of green limestone islets that offer a rewarding end to a magical trip through Vietnam.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Danang – Hoi An // Brunch, D
Enjoy the beautiful scenery, fresh seafood, and take a swim through the crystal clear waters. After the cruise, you will straight to Hanoi airport for the flight to Danang.
On arrival Danang airport. Pick up and transfer to Hoi An.
Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 5: Hoi An cooking class // B, L
We start the day (8:15am or 1:30pm) with a drink at Hai Scout Café (98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Hoi An Ancient Town) – our meeting point.
Visit Hoi An’s colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later.
We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.
On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – each dish is first demonstrated by the Red Bridge chef’s, before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration).
After the lesson, we sit down and eat exactly what we have cooked.
Final tour, pick up the guests and transfer back to your hotel.
Tonight, you are free to explore the ancient town and find a nice restaurant by your own arrangements.
Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 6: Hoi An – Danang – Hue // B, L, D
In Danang we will visit the world famous Cham Museum, then visit Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountain) where we will discover the stunning natural caves of the mountain and enjoy the beautiful view from the top. On the way to Hue, you will have a chance to enjoy Lang Co and Hai Van pass landscape.

Day 7: Hue – HCMC // B, L
Hue City features beautifully natural landscapes and the king’s ancient tombs. With a Hue city tour, you can visit famous tombs such as Hue Citadel and a featured symbol of Hue City-that are Thien Mu Pagoda and Minh Mang Tomb by riding a boat on Perfume River. After that, transfer to airport for the flight to HCMC.
Arrive HCMC, pick up and transfer to hotel for check-in. Free at your leisure.
Tonight, you will join in the special tour to explore the “Saigon by Night – Back of the Bike” and enjoy spectacular “Street Foods of Saigonese”. This will make you an unforgettable memory about Saigon – Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 8: HCMC // B, L, D
You will do a city tour today. Firstly to Cu Chi Tunnel -one of the branches of the 200km underground tunnels system in Cu Chi. Exploring the tunnels with local guide who’s in uniform of the real guerilla during the Vietnam War.
Returning to Ho Chi Minh city for Lunch. Then transfer to visit: Reunification Palace, War Remnant Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, Ben Thanh Market.
Having Dinner and enjoy AO Show in the Opera House.

Day 9: HCMC – Mekong // B, L, D
At 7h30 in the morning, driver picks you up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and transfer you to Can Tho. Boarding at Can Tho at Ninh Kieu pier. Welcome drink, introduction to the ship and crew, check into the cabins. Departure downstream of the Hau river. Lunch on board while en route.
Tour near Tra On floating market.
Turning into Nicolai canal, towards the Mang Thit and Co Chien rivers. Rest on the upper deck in a scenery of rice fields, sugar cane, woods on the near banks.
Visit of a village on the banks of river Mang Thit, an opportunity to appreciate the way of life and hospitality of the local inhabitants. Visit of the orchard or rice fields nearby.
Boarding back, complimentary drink as a welcome back on board. Rest on the deck or around the bar enjoying the sunset. The crew will serve dinner while the Bassac is cruising Mang Thit river towards her anchorage point for the night.

Day 10: Mekong – HCMC // B, L
06:30 Departure towards Cai Be. Have your breakfast while enjoying the scenery on the banks.
The Bassac crosses Co Chien river then branches into Cho Lach canal for 30 minutes through the traffic of sand and rice barges, in a scenery of fruit drying facilities and wooden ship building yards.
Arrival in Cai Be, check-out and boarding of a local boat for a tour of Cai Be floating market (Mekong Delta floating market) and handicraft. Get transferred to Saigon City. Tour ends. We await to serve you next time.
